Freight charges indicated are for continental North America. For all other locations please request a shipping quote.

Return Policy:
With the exception of special orders, we will accept undamaged returns for full credit less initial and return shipping costs, including customs and brokerage fees, within 30 days of product receipt by our customer. Special orders are non-returnable.

Warranty:                                                                                                                                       KF Technologies warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or dog caused damage. Initial and return shipping costs, including customs and brokerage fees for warranty returns and replacements are not included in the warranty coverage.
